Our Community Giveback Program reflects this mission by encouraging charitable engagement and fostering local partnerships that align with our Core Values: Build Trust, Share Respect, Invest in People, Thoughtful Decision Making, and Positivity.


We recognize that our impact reaches beyond our residents. The work our employees do influences the cities, neighborhoods, and people we serve. That’s why we support opportunities—through volunteering, donations, and corporate sponsorships—that make a meaningful difference.


In 2025, our annual initiative focuses on Homelessness & Housing. In addition, we invite team members to share ideas for local causes they’re passionate about and submit charitable giving requests to support those efforts.


One example we’re especially proud of is our partnership with Providence Cristo Rey High School in Indianapolis. Since 2021, we've mentored students through their corporate work study program, helping prepare them for college and careers while building lasting connections.
