After spending 15+ years on the deal side (development & acquisitions), Bryan became CEO of Barrett & Stokely in 2019. In this role he is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company and overseeing the execution of property management, asset management, and new investment functions in line with overall company goals.
With over 27 years of property management experience, Alex is currently the President of Barrett & Stokely. In this role Alex oversees the overall company operations to ensure that the company goals, objectives and vision are achieved.
As EVP of Barrett & Stokely, Andrew oversees all new construction and capital improvements relating to the Companies owned portfolio. In addition, Andrew works with the Leadership team to guide the direction of the Company.
As COO of Barrett & Stokely, Suzanne is responsible for executing strategy for property management, marketing, technology, and human resources. She is focused on continuous improvement of the Resident Experience, achieved through engaging employees with the right tools and resources.
With almost 30 years of finance and management experience, Dan leads the development of our asset management, focused on maximizing the value of our portfolio. As Chief Financial Officer, Dan works cross-functionally to enhance the financial performance of each of our assets.
Tom is the General Counsel for all Barrett & Stokely companies, which makes him primarily responsible for the companies' corporate structure and governance. He is also actively involved with development projects, aquisitions, and dispositions. He received his under graduate and law degrees from Indiana University in 1991 and 1997, respectively.
With over 22 years in the industry, Andy serves as EVP of Development at Barrett & Stokely. Andy's role is to grow the portfolio of multifamily assets through ground up development, creating value for B&S companies and investors.
Bruce brings over 25 years of experience in operations, construction management, and financial oversight, with a background in large-scale retail and multifamily property development. His strategic approach to optimizing asset performance, maximizing operational efficiency, and aligning resources makes him an effective and dynamic Executive Vice President of Property Management.
With over 16 years of technical accounting, financial reporting and finance leadership experiences, Jasmine leads all accounting department operations and drives the key initiatives to support business growth strategy.
As Vice President of Marketing, Courtney brings 15 years of marketing expertise, including a decade at Barrett & Stokely. She leads marketing strategy, brand positioning, and strategic sales initiatives, leveraging innovative approaches and aligning resources to enhance brand impact and optimize portfolio performance.
With 34 years of experience, Beth has led HR functions across various industries before joining Barrett & Stokely in 2022. As Vice President of Human Resources, she oversees compensation, benefits, payroll, talent acquisition, and training, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term strategic goals and fostering employee engagement.
As one of three Regional Vice Presidents, Kristen has been in the Multifamily industry for over 20 years, including over a decade with Barrett & Stokely. Her oversight includes Regional and District Managers, as well as a team of floating office and maintenance employees, and onboarding new properties through due diligence and sale or through management change.
As Regional Vice President, Lauren manages a team of Regional and District Mangers who oversee a portfolio of Class A and B assets located throughout Indiana and Ohio. Lauren is also part of the Barrett & Stokely Business Development team which focuses on the expansion of third-party management opportunities that align with the company's culture and vision.
With 18 years of property management experience, Erica manages a group of Regional and District Managers who oversee assets including Class A new construction, Mixed Use communities, acquisitions for reposition, and affordable housing. Erica is responsible for oversight of operations and client relations, driving performance, and supporting property supervisors to successfully manage their on-site teams.
